  1. How are 3DPRINTERLLC DMP 3D Printers shipped? How long is delivery?

Answer: We send our DMP 3D Printers in 2 days by DHL, UPS, or Fedex. Because of COVID-19, usually take about 5 days to arrive this time. So you can get the printer in about 1 week.

 

  1. Do I need to pay my local import customs duties?

Answer: Yes. But we have a way to save your customs taxes, we will try our best to save your taxes, trust us. If you no need the saving, write in note separately.

 

  1. What should I do if I receive a call from my local DHL FEDEX TNT or UPS asking for proof of payment?

Answer: Just say you're busy. Contact us after you hang up.

 

  1. Why can't I turn on the 3DPRINTERLLC DMP 3D Printer? My 3DPRINTERLLC DMP 3D Printer have Power Loss Recovery function.

Answer: There is a capacitor on the motherboard for memorizing data. When the power is off, you need to wait for a period of time after each shutdown until all the lights in the host go out (this means that the capacitor has run out of power) before turning on.

 

  1. Why the touch screen alarm ‘Filaments Runout’? but my filament is not broken

Answer: You must let both filaments go through their sensors or unplug the unused filaments runout sensors

 

  1. What's different between TMC2208 and A4988?

Answer: They are different driver for motor, TMC2208 is silent and make better printing than A4988, but cost more.
